i absolutely LOVE my hair! definitely was in need of a salon visit and danielle did an amazing job! i loved every bit of the experience and the salon was so clean and i loved the energy as soon as i walked in. definitely recommend going to the salon and again danielle did such a good job, couldn’t be happier!

Great salon! I used Hailey for Foilyage, cut and blow dry. She asked lots of questions to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted. She gave me great color while keeping some root just as I asked for, but also managed to blend it beautifully. My natural hair is medium brown. It’s such a holistic, satisfying experience. On top of that, all of the other staff is incredibly sweet, kind, and fun as well. Kourtnee at Ten Salon Neptune Beach is absolutely AMAZING! She has saved my hair. It was damaged and had no volume or style to it, and she has taken it to another level. I basically just tell her to do what she wants and she DELIVERS! She has also recommended some of the best hair products I’ve ever used on my hair. If I could rate this salon more than 5 stars, I would! I had an amazing experience as a first time customer. Kourtnee did my hair and let me just tell you.. that girl is AMAZING! Her personality was so uplifting, and she was also very informative and kind. Definitely worked her magic and I am absolutely so happy with the results.

The Neptune Salon is state of the art. Having two salons seems to have only given customers more choices. Both have the same gold standard level of service, from the front desk to hair care professionals. I like a mix of going to both. A lot of familiar faces and some very nice new ones. Rebecca at that front desk today was so helpful and knowledgeable with product.

My daughter and I walked in early Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment knowing that there would be a slim chance of getting in that day. I didn’t mind as I knew I could wait a few more days to get our hair cut. The receptionist said they had an opening for us both at 4 pm that day which was super awesome! Our stylist, Alexis, was so amazing! Especially with Carrie’s hair when it got super tangled after the wash! She and the assistant were super patient in getting the tangles out! I didn’t even hear a peep from my daughter who usually is in tears when I try at home (and that’s with detangling spray). Alexis asked us before she did anything if that was what we wanted. I appreciated that very much. We both love our new looks and our hair feels so much better now that some of the length is gone. I will definitely be coming back when it’s time for another hair cut. The ladies were amazing, the place was very clean, and it felt very welcoming!

I’ve never been one to go to a salon. As a mother of 3, I’m lucky if I can get my hair trimmed once a year at a super cuts. I went an saw Kourtnee and from start to finish I felt so comfortable, so relaxed and she was no judgemental. I was open about using cheap shampoo/conditioner and she didn’t bat an eye. When I expressed my hair goals to her, she educated me on product to use to meet those goals as well. I already booked my next appointment with her and I know it’s going to be a great experience. I never knew how therapeutic it could be to get my hair done till this experience and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Go book with Kourtnee ASAP! You won’t regret it!

Ripoff…Went in with a picture of what I wanted, spent over $200 and received 12 light foils and a botched hair cut! She was a new stylist who must have decided she didn’t want to do what I wanted, which was a balayage and shaping up of my layers. I had to pay just over $200 for dog ears (I had to pay to have my cut fixed it was so bad) and no noticeable change to my color! I was devastated by the cut and spending all that money and not getting what I asked for!
